Xcode 4 build products relative to the iPhone app project folder

With the Xcode 4 Developer Preview 5, I noticed that the files that used to be in the ./build folder (relatively to the Xcode project) ended up in a subfolder within DerivedData.

This is a good setting if you have multiple people working on a project at the same time, that need to build their binaries locally. This is also very good, because you’ll never get a build product on a network drive by default. This means the CodeResources alias for app distribution doesn’t break by putting it on a network drive.

Anyway, if you’re like me and you like the build products in the folders like they used to in Xcode 3.*, select the option Place build products in locations specified by targets in the Preferences.
