Pixlr
Pixlr is a simplified online alternative to Photoshop. Where GIMP used to be the only alternative for PC, there have been a few alternatives on OS X, like Pixelmator, Opacity and Acorn.
Pixlr is different though, it’s fully browser-based in Flash. A viable alternative to GIMP on the PC, I’d say.
