Notable
Notable is a web application, focused on collaboration in (web)design.
You can capture a page by URL or by bookmarklet, or you can upload an image. This then gets added to your Notable workspace, where anyone you’d like can comment on the design.
I haven’t used it in-depth yet, but I might have a go at it with my next project.
